Hello! My name is Ryan. I am the creator of the '1210 fitness blog' aimed to help simplify all the confusing nutrition and fitness information published on the internet.
As a Personal Trainer myself, I often see clients achieving great results, without really understanding what's happening to their bodies.
The goal of this blog is to improve your knowledge of all aspects of fitness and nutrition, so you can confidently embark on your fitness journey alone. (Afterall, no-one wants to pay £40 an hour if they don't have to right?!)
